At Certified Radon, we have four pillars of service that guide us in making sure we give our customers – and our community – our best. One of those pillars is “heart.” We believe it is important to give back to our community and support worthy local causes. Children’s Mercy Hospital is one of the local organizations we proudly support.
For the past three years, we’ve used our Certified Radon sponsorship with the Missouri Mavericks Hockey Team to give young patients and their families fun experiences. Along the way, we’ve been able to raise thousands in funds for pediatric cancer research too. Each year, Certified Radon and the Mavericks have hosted kids and families from Children’s Mercy’s Survive & Thrive program (cancer survivors) for a behind-the-scenes tour and Missouri Mavericks’ Hockey game. We also take Mac, the Mav’s Mascot and players to the hospital to meet children and brighten their day. It is very rewarding to see the smiles and hear the giggles of these children who are dealing with so much in their young lives.
Serving with heart is a win-win for the Certified Radon team and the causes we support.
